TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General terms

1.1. The translation agency IBERMANIA (hereinafter referred to as IBERMANIA) provides translation and interpreting services in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. 
1.2. All the services IBERMANIA realize after receiving written approval of the quotation by the Customer and after the confirmation of the order by IBERMANIA. 
1.3. IBERMANIA shall not be bound by any obligation to realize the order when the Customer doesn’t confirm its acceptance in writing. 

2. Confidentiality

2.1. All the documents and date provided by the Customer, as well as the content of meetings translated by interpreters are strictly confident and are not shared with third party, unless such information is generally available to the public (press releases, digital publications, publicly available legal acts, etc.).
2.2. Upon the Customer’s request, IBERMANIA can sign an additional confidentiality agreement.

3. Personal data and cookies policy

3.1. When filling and sending contact form or quote form incorporated in our website, the Customer accept processing of his data by IBERMANIA according to the Cookies Policy. 

4. Translation services

4.1. The unit of account for translations is one word.
4.2. A minimum cost for each translation service will be paid that is equivalent to 250 words.
4.3. All quotations are valid for a period of 30 days from the date shown on the quotation. The provisions of translation services requested by the Customer will be provided within the deadline agreed between the parties: the number of working days from the acceptance of the quote by the Customer. 
4.4. The price for translation doesn't include preparing the text for publication.
4.5. The service is delivered to the Customer via the Internet. The Customer receives on his 
e-mail address, which he used to contact IBERMANIA, password and link to the customer zone where he can downolad his translatation. IBERMANIA doesn’t share these data with third party. 
4.6. If the Customer decides to suspend or cancel, partially or wholly, the translation service already ordered, IBERMANIA will invoice all costs relating to all work already performed up to the date on which IBERMANIA is informed of the suspension or cancellation of the translation, as well as all resulting costs and expenses that may arise.
4.7. IBERMANIA guarantees that all translations will have a reasonable level of quality, in accordance with industry practice.
4.8. In the case of major orders and upon the Customer’s or IBERMANIA’S request, the parties can sign an additional agreement describing the phases of performing the service.

5. Interpreting services

5.1. The terms of interpeting services are agreed with the Customer individually. The parties can sign an agreement describing the phases of performing the service.

6. Obligations and copyright

6.1. Within seven (7) days of delivery of the translation the Customer may notify IBERMANIA of any claims arising out of the provision of the services, with full details of such claim. Once this period has elapsed, the service will be considered as accepted without any reservation, whereby no dispute shall be taken into account.
6.2. For any claim resulting from non-fulfilment or clearly unacceptable fulfilment of the service, IBERMANIA will rectify the service provided whose claims will have been duly proven by the Customer. 
6.3. The texts rendered by IBERMANIA are considered intellectual property. Until full payment has been made on order, IBERMANIA shall maintain its right for the use of such property. Its right is also maintained by the author of the original text. Only after full payment made by the Customer, may the right be considered granted for the use of that property by the Customer. 

7. Final provisions

7.1. IBERMANIA reserves the right to change the clauses of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice and at any time by posting a copy of the amended Terms & Conditions at ibermania.eu.
7.2. To continue to use the forms incorporated in our website is necessary to accept these Terms & Conditions. 
7.3. In other areas not covered by these Terms & Conditions is applicable the Polish law.
